Environmental impact assessment

The first steps have been made – a report on the location of the investment has been made. The next step is to obtain a DECISION ON ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROJECT. The process of obtaining such a decision can be complicated and lengthy, therefore we offer our clients a comprehensive approach aimed at obtaining the final decision enabling further planning of the project. We offer preparation:

• The application and attachments, including the project information sheet (KIP),
• Project’s environmental impact assessment report,

In addition, we represent our clients before public administration bodies, including bodies that give opinions and reconcile documentation.

For customers who already have an environmental decision, we offer an analysis of the investment implementation conditions contained therein and an assessment of the feasibility of a profitable and efficient installation in the light of the provisions contained in the decision. However, if the decision requires: a change or extension of the possibility of showing it to obtain, for example, PnB, we offer the preparation of the required documentation and coordination of procedures.
