The inspector represents the interests of the Investor in the entire investment process, from the moment of introducing the General Contractor to the construction and supervision of construction works until obtaining the use permit by the General Contractor and completion of the investor’s acceptance.
The investor’s supervision inspector may be appointed by the investor or a top-down local government body responsible for issuing a building permit. During the construction phase, the inspector checks whether the works are carried out in accordance with the design, whether the facility meets all the requirements in terms of construction law or technical conditions. In the final stage, the inspector checks the settlements of various stages of the investment and participates in the acceptance of the investment.
