Operating permits

Before commissioning a newly built renewable energy installation, such as a biogas plant, it is required to obtain permits that will enable it to operate in accordance with applicable law. We offer the preparation of applications:

• notification of the installation which emission does not require a permit for the emission of gases and dust into the air,
• permits for the release of gases and dusts into the air,
• permits for the production and processing of waste / permits for the generation of waste, including processing,
• coordination of procedures and representation of the investor during inspections of opinion-making bodies.
