The designed installation for the production of carbonate and oil will be an R3 recovery process (recycling or recovery of organic substances). Used tires will constitute a part of the charge for the production of char and oil. In the process, scrap metal will be recovered, hence it will also be an R4 recovery process (recycling or recovery of metals and metal compounds). The installation can also dispose of used photovoltaic panels and used fan blades. Thermal energy for the process will be supplied from the combustion of the gas generated in the same process.
