Construction project for a plant for the production of oils and char from rubber and plastics

The designed installation for the production of carbonate and oil will be an R3 recovery process (recycling or recovery of organic substances). Used tires will constitute a part of the charge for the production of char and oil. In the process, metal scrap will be recovered, hence it will also be an R4 recovery process (recycling or recovery of metals and metal compounds). The installation can also dispose of used photovoltaic panels and used fan blades. Thermal energy for the process will be supplied from the combustion of the gas generated in the same process.

Greenhouse team design

The designed greenhouses will be universal. The installation is to work together with a nearby biogas plant.

The greenhouse will be constructed in the Venlo type (poles every 5 metres), with a nave (not separated by partitions) 4 metres wide, made of aluminum and steel elements protected with an anti-corrosion coating. It will be a complex of 2 greenhouses – one with an area of approximately 2 hectares, and the other with an area of 1.2 hectare.

1 MW biogas plant project

Construction project of an agricultural biogas plant with a capacity of 1 MW. The installation will be located in the vicinity of meat plants and slaughterhouses. The installation will work in close cooperation with the plants. The plant will use production waste as fuel, while the plants will use heat and electricity generated in the cogeneration process.
